Shippings and Returns
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

Note: These shipping times are calculated using calendar days and should be used as a general guide. Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
Returns and Exchanges
If you received a defective product, please refer to our product warranty.
Rules Specific to AI Smart Bike
Every AI Smart Bike is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms herein.
- The return shipping fee of $100 plus a restocking fee of 15% of item original price will be deducted from your refund.
- We only accept return product in brand new, re-sellable condition (including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original box with its tags, user manual, and charger. You may incur charges for ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse.
- Returns or exchanges made 31 days or more after the delivery date will incur a total of $200 return fee in addition to 15% restocking fee. The amount will also be deducted from any refund owed to the you.
- We do not accept any return or exchange after 90 days.
Renpho reserves the right to deduct additional fees from your refund amount or refuse the return, in Renpho’s sole discretion.
Rules for All Other Products
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (i.e., the date listed on your receipt). Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.
All products must be returned to Renpho in original condition. You may incur charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If a refund or replacement is required due to product quality issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.
If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons(e.g.,subjective willing, human damaged, incorrect address input) ,you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking fees (15% of item original price) in Renpho’s sole discretion based on the nature and condition of the product being returned or exchanged, as well as any other terms of Renpho’s policies.
Rules for Free Gifts
All free gifts are non-transferrable, cannot be refunded nor exchanged. Cash or gift alternatives are not available. Renpho's warranty scheme does not cover free gifts.
If you wish to return an order which contains free gift(s), the transaction can only be refunded if the free gifts are also returned.
Procedure to Place a Return or Exchange
1. To place a return or exchange, reach out to Renpho at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, Renpho will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without Renpho’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.
For all authorized returns or exchanges, Renpho will send you a pre-paid return label.
Please send the product back to us as required. To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories with the product.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be done in Renpho’s sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of Renpho’s policies. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 1-3 business days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refund
Refunds typically require days to process before they are posted on bank or credit card accounts. If you have not yet received your refund, please allow time for it to post and then call your bank or credit card company to check on its status. If the bank or credit card company cannot confirm that the refund is pending, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
